Born in Morelia Michoacan Mexico; Ethos immigrated to Los Angeles were he made a name for himself through commitment and on-point performances with the ethical integrity a true Hip Hop Dj should always have on stage.  All this clearly rooted from his early influences of the 90’s “Golden Era”

  After making local noise with his crew Semiotics and Manteca early in this new millennium; in 2004 he came into the light as part of the dynamic MC / DJ duo Jroz and Ethos. Both setting a standard in the Los Angeles underground Hip Hop scene. This opened up more doors thus giving him the opportunity to link up with one of Mexico’s most influential and respected emcees by the name of Bocafloja. This solidifying his role as a member of Quilombo Arte en Resistencia and as a respected Dj in the Republic of Mexico’s Dj/Turntablist scene.  Before that honor he was already part of the world wide known Project Blowed,  one of the most ground braking and innovative Los Angeles based crews of our time. 

Since then, Ethos has worked and shared the stage with many different artist from around the world.

  You can always find Dj Ethos somewhere  in Los Angeles and around the nation showcasing his values through conscious selections and a classic approach.
